These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you”, “user”) and Flowra (“Flowra”, “we”). By downloading, installing, or using the Flowra desktop app or the “Flowra for X” browser extension (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
Flowra is a productivity tool that helps you manage your own activity on X (Twitter) faster: assisted retweeting, reply timing, templates, feed controls, and related tools. Flowra requires a manual trigger (a key press or a click) from you for every action it takes — Flowra does not autonomously post, retweet, follow, or message on your behalf without you initiating that specific action. You are always the one operating your own X account through the Service.
We build Flowra with anti-spam guardrails on by default (cooldowns, sending limits, human-in-the-loop confirmation) to help you stay within reasonable, human-like activity — but we cannot control or guarantee how X treats any individual account, and we don’t guarantee any specific outcome (follower growth, reach, monetization, or account safety).
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you’re violating these Terms, without a refund for the violating period.
Flowra and its branding, code, and design are owned by us and licensed to you for use under these Terms — you don’t own the software itself. You keep all rights to the content you write, post, or generate through the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will protect your X account from any platform action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, followers, or account access arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
