Privacy Policy

Flowra (“we”) builds tools to help you manage your activity on X. We care about your privacy and keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service. This policy explains what we handle and why.

What we collect

• Account email — when you sign in, your email and an authentication token are used to verify your account and subscription. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
• Subscription status — we read your plan/status to unlock features. We do not store payment details; payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record).
• Your settings — preferences (templates, profiles, toggles such as censor/refresh) are stored locally on your device. The desktop app keeps them on your computer; the extension uses your browser’s local storage.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
• We do not collect your X password or post on your behalf without your action.
• We do not track your browsing history or build advertising profiles.

The “Flowra for X” extension

• Runs only on x.com / twitter.com. It reads the page locally to blur sensitive media (you click to reveal) and to refresh your feed. This processing happens in your browser and is not sent anywhere.
• The tweet-metrics feature queries X’s public syndication endpoint for public engagement counts. No private data is accessed.
• Your sign-in token and feature toggles are stored in your browser’s local storage on your device.

Data storage & security

Authentication and subscription data live in Supabase, protected by row-level security so each user can only read their own record. Tokens stored on your device are kept by the operating system / browser. You can sign out at any time to remove them.

Your choices

You can sign out, clear local data, or uninstall the app/extension at any time. To delete your account data, contact us and we will remove it.
